EMPLOYMENT

At Lovejoy's, we realize we are only as good as the people who represent us. Therefore, we are always looking for positive and energetic people to join our team!

Front of the House: We generally require good full service dining experience from all of our front of the house staff. All of our servers and hosts are also required to have some daytime availability and weekend availability is a must.

Back of the House: If you are interested in a line cook position, experience is desirable (not required). Dishwashing and prep positions are available to those motivated individuals who are new to the restaurant business. We offer flexible hours to match your availability, but weekends are required.

WE OFFER AN ARRAY OF BENEFITS TO OUR STAFF, INCLUDING:

Medical Insurance: Employees who work more than 30 hours a week and have been employed with Lovejoy's for three months are eligible to participate in our medical insurance plan.

Retirement Plan: Employees who have been employed with Lovejoy's for one year and who receive at least $5000 per year in compensation are eligible to participate in the company's Simple IRA plan.

Vacation: Employees who work 40 hours a week are eligible for vacation after one year of full time, consecutive employment.

Restaurant discounts: All employees receive discounts on both food and drinks at Lovejoy's Bar & Grill and Altitude Chophouse & Brewery.
